About the authors

Rahel Anne Bailie

Rahel has spent over 20 years as a content consultant, with a deep understanding of both the technical and editorial sides, developing solutions to solve complex information problems at Fortune 100 and FTSE 250 corporations. She is an accredited Cognitive Edge consultant and a certified UX and usability professional.

She teaches in the world’s only Master’s Programme in Content Strategy, at FH-Joanneum, in Graz, Austria, and has taught at several Canadian universities.

She has authored and contributed to several industry books including co-authoring Content Strategy: Connecting the dots between business, brand, and benefits and The Language of Content Strategy.

 

Noz Urbina

Noz Urbina is a globally recognised leader in the field of content strategy and customer experience. He’s known as a pioneer in audience journey mapping and adaptive content modelling for delivering personalised, omnichannel experiences. Noz is co-founder and Program Director of the OmnichannelX.digital podcast and knowledge hub. He is also co-author of the book “Content Strategy: Connecting the dots between business, brand, and benefits”, and lecturer in the Masters Programme in content strategy at the University of Applied Sciences, Graz.

In 2013 he founded Urbina Consulting, whose international team works with the world’s largest organisations and most complex content challenges. Together they assist brands developing or improving their content strategies, doing user research, managing tool selections, delivering training, and guiding implementations.
